We have recently joined Near Frontiers out of a desire to reach out in friendship to international students here in the USA. Currently we are living and ministering in Eugene, Oregon. We previously served for several years in urban Los Angeles.

For this transitional year we are blessed to be staying at Camp Harlow in Eugene. Our children, Derek and Melanie, are enjoying the chance to get out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I (Byron) was raised in a missionary family in Papua New Guinea, so missions has been a part of my life. I am blessed to be serving God in missions today. I am completing a Master's degree at Talbot Seminary.

As for me (Robyn) I felt God calling me to join His mission as a young girl. I knew I wanted to marry a man who shared my passion for mission, so I was so glad to meet Byron when we were students at Biola University.
