Hello there! I (Lynn McAdam) have served in a church consulting and leadership development role with OC International throughout Germany and Austria since 1985. A broad sample of my teaching and writing materials  is available (in German) at www.kompass-ev.net.  I am also an enthusiastic sportsman and athletic coach, and am always looking for ways to combine sport and faith.  I submitted my doctoral thesis to Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2013, researching and writing on "The Feasibility of Partnerships between Local German Churches and Sport Clubs for Evangelism and Discipleship."

Karen:  Over the past decade I (Karen) have assumed increasing responsibilities in serving on the boards of Black Forest Academy, Teach Beyond Germany and Teach Beyond Global. I am an educator at heart with experience in the secondary school classroom both in the United States and in Germany.

We have  five children scattered from Germany and Norway to San Diego. In 2013 we transitioned back to the USA, assuming elder care for our aging parents.  We expect to divide our time and ministry involvement between the U.S. and Europe for the foreseeable future.
